The FRF Disciplinary Commission on Wednesday fined Dinamo București 11,250 lei after xenophobic chants from supporters at Sfântu Gheorghe, in the 2–0 win over Sepsi OSK. Grounds: article 54.2 of the Disciplinary Regulations. A sporting fine, not a replay. Dump Mediafax.

Referee Viorel Flueran stopped the match for about two minutes in the second half. László Diószegi, the Sepsi owner, gestured from the stands for a halt. Andrei Nicolescu distanced the club in public. Mayor Antal Árpád said he had notified the FRF. A complaint, not a criminal sentence.

The same sitting: the CFR Cluj–Universitatea Cluj derby of 8 October, 3–1 to the visitors. In the 16th minute, after Stefan Drazic’s goal, torches from U Cluj; Horia Mladinovici stopped the game. The LPF statement: CFR, two 5,000-lei penalties, executes one, under article 54.2. U Cluj, 5,000 and 10,000; executes 10,000, the more serious. They are not added together.

The authorities, after Mediafax, issued ten contraventions, 38,700 lei, also after the Gruia derby. A different register from the FRF fines. Two clocks: a sporting penalty and a contravention.

The 2–0 result stands. The commission did not order a replay.

It also fined Oțelul Galați 3,000 lei, with a grace period, for failing to carry out CNSL rulings. Not the Sepsi case. Dump Mediafax. The rewrite rests on Mediafax and the LPF statement of 21 October.
