Iran's parliament speaker, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, met Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei on Wednesday, 21 October. Iranian agencies reported the meeting. They did not publish an agreement.

Fars, carried by Daily Sabah, and Mehr say they discussed national capabilities, cohesion, government-parliament work on livelihood problems, and strategic partners. In their language, they also discussed the military, economic and "cognitive" war of the United States and Israel. That is the reported agenda, not a signed text.

Ghalibaf presented lawmakers' work since 28 February. Domestic press calls the period the "third imposed war". He also sketched plans under way. A briefing, not a law.

Mojtaba Khamenei was selected as leader on 8 March, after the death of his father, Ali Khamenei, in the 28 February strikes, Anadolu writes. Since then he has communicated mainly in writing. Daily Sabah notes that he has not appeared in public. Wednesday's meeting is a reported contact, not a televised outing.

Daily Sabah ties the moment to tensions in the Strait of Hormuz. That is the article's backdrop, not a point from the minutes. We do not have minutes.

The agencies announced a meeting. Not a treaty, not a ceasefire, not a law.
