The Los Cabos municipality confirmed on Wednesday the death of the young woman Gabriela, after she fell on Tuesday evening, 20 October, from a fairground ride at the Traditional Festivals in Cabo San Lucas. A municipal confirmation. Not an established cause. Not a conviction.

El Universal: municipal Civil Protection and the Red Cross responded; she was taken as an emergency to a hospital beside the fairground. The causes of the accident have not been determined. The ride was stopped at once; the installation was secured as a precaution. The other attractions were checked. Private operators, the municipality says.
