Moldova's Public Services Agency registered the National Justice Party on 19 October 2026. IPN reported it the next day, after a party statement. Tribuna carried the same announcement on the evening of the 19th. This is an administrative certificate, not a vote and not a seat in Parliament.

The chair is Iulian David, a former vice-president of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova. Former does not mean current: PLDM is a different party. The founding congress met in Chișinău on 27 September, when delegates elected him chair and adopted the statute. On 9 October David still said, on Unimedia, that the party was not yet officially registered.

PDN said it had received the certificate and wanted a party "based on responsibility, justice and respect for citizens". IPN, citing the party, writes that the statute describes it as a centre party with a conservative doctrine, and that it lists among its aims sovereignty and territorial integrity, anti-corruption work, judicial independence and fundamental rights. The same briefing includes an intention to seek "pragmatic and fair" political and economic relations with the Russian Federation. Those are stated objectives, not policies in force.

The party says it has more than a thousand members. The figure comes from its own announcement, not from a published ASP check. IPN wrote that the ASP list now stands at 66 formations; Tribuna called it the 67th party. The two newsrooms do not match, and the open list on asp.gov.md, checked at publication, did not yet show the name. We do not treat the count as settled.

The leadership said the next period would go on the team, territorial branches, talks with citizens and proposals. In early October David said they were preparing for local, presidential and parliamentary contests, even though they did not know which vote would come first. Preparation is not a filed candidacy and not an election result.

In Moldova, ASP registration gives a party legal personality. It does not automatically open ballot lists, does not unlock budget funding after votes and does not change the makeup of Parliament. PDN has only crossed this administrative threshold.
