It is not a Romanian F-16. It is a night of Iskander and drones, plus morning in the west. The Air Force, in the same piece: one Iskander-M, 180 Shaheds, 26 of them jet-powered, plus S-8000 Banderol/Dan-T, Gerbera, Parodiya. 152 drones intercepted, 16 jet-powered. Hits, 20 sites. Debris, four. The figures are theirs.

In the morning, three western oblasts. Volyn, Manevychi, a plant. Roman Romaniuk, acting governor: warehouses and halls, a large fire, smoke. At the latest update, no dead, no injured. Wind toward the settlement: windows, doors, ventilation off. DW, the same day: the situation hard, but held. Mayor Oleksandr Havryliuk, to NV: the Trydtsiatka neighbourhood, leave the houses, because of smoke. Three days earlier, 16 October, Agrofrukt LTD, same town: one dead, eight injured, the same mayor. Another strike. It does not enter today’s 10.

Ternopil, Taras Pastukh: energy, near Staryi Vyshnivets. Consumers without power. No casualties, at his statement. Kyiv Post: two more hits, Kremenets and the Borsukivska community. Rivne, Oleksandr Koval: civilian infrastructure, fires, no casualties at last word. DW confirms the fires were contained.

The 10, from the governors’ accounts, not from this west. Donetsk, Vadym Filashkin: seven dead, 14 injured; most, Sloviansk, houses. Sumy: two dead, five injured, nearly 50 attacks. Zaporizhzhia, Ivan Fedorov: one dead, four injured; 10 missiles on the city; 808 strikes, 53 settlements, in 24 hours. Kherson, Oleksandr Prokudin: 32 injured, one child; infrastructure, homes. Kharkiv, Oleh Syniehubov: 12 injured; missiles, drones, KABs, rockets. Dnipro, Oleksandr Hanzha: three injured; in the morning, critical infrastructure again, casualties still being clarified. Chernihiv, Viacheslav Chaus: one injured, a Geran in a yard. Odesa, Oleh Kiper: a block roof, two injured, a 14-year-old girl.

32 and 14 and 12 and 4 and 5 and 3 and 2 and 1 make 73, if you add the Independent’s desks. It is a total of statements, not a single hospital. The dead, there too: seven, two, one.

The church in Rivne, 2012, is not the halls in Manevychi. Until a single tally, what remains is 10 and 73, in the regions’ mouths, and a plant burning without deaths, today, in the west.
