On 20 September 2026 American actor Aldis Alexander Basil Hodge turns 40. He was born in 1986 in North Carolina and is living; this article announces neither retirements nor deaths.

He began in film as a child, including in Die Hard with a Vengeance. Broader recognition came as Alec Hardison in Leverage, then as MC Ren in Straight Outta Compton (2015) and Levi Jackson in Hidden Figures (2016).

In One Night in Miami… (2020) he played Jim Brown, in a fictional film built around a real meeting on 25 February 1964, after Cassius Clay became world champion. Britannica describes the film, not a dedicated Hodge biography.

In 2022 he played Hawkman (Carter Hall) in Black Adam. As of writing there is no confirmed franchise sequel with the same character, and we do not announce one.

He returned in Leverage: Redemption and was cast in the series Cross. Future projects remain those studios have announced; we do not speculate about awards or contracts.
