Cheltenham hosts CyberFest on 17 September, an event focused on cybersecurity, technology and connections between industry, specialists and the innovation community.

The event is organised by Fortem IT with CyNam and takes place at Dunkertons Park, Charlton Kings. The speaker line-up has not yet been announced.

The programme runs through the day and combines discussions, presentations, networking and activities related to the development of the cyber sector.

Cheltenham is a significant location for such an event. The town and wider Gloucestershire region have become an important part of Britain’s cybersecurity ecosystem, with institutions, companies and technology projects concentrated in the area.

CyberFest aims to bring together established organisations, specialists and people interested in careers and development within the sector.

Events of this kind typically cover infrastructure security, digital threats, industry skills and the impact of emerging technologies.

For the precise 17 September programme, final speaker list and session times, attendees should consult CyberFest’s official agenda before travelling.
