Constitution Square hosts the 11th iMapp Bucharest Winners League on 19 and 20 September 2026, organised by Bucharest City Hall through ARCUB as part of Bucharest Days. Admission is free. This year’s theme is “PAST. FORWARD.” The Palace of Parliament façade, about 23,000 square metres, becomes the screen for the video-mapping competition.

On Saturday 19 September gates open at 16:00 and the programme closes at 23:00. The evening includes music, entertainment and food-and-drink areas, a Rudimental DJ + Production show, the Winners League competition — seven works projected onto the palace — and a moment dedicated to Nadia Comăneci, 50 years after her perfect 10 at Montreal 1976.

The seven finalists are winners of partner competitions in Hungary, Japan, Germany, France, China, the United States and Brazil. An international jury awards the Jury Prize; the public votes for the Audience Award by standard-rate SMS to 1755.

On Sunday 20 September access begins at 12:00 and the event ends at 22:00. ARCUB’s announced Sunday headliner is WhoMadeWho, in a Hybrid DJ Set. Sunday is framed as a daytime festival in the city centre, not only a night gala.

iMapp does not replace the rest of Bucharest Days; it is the mapping and music event in Constitution Square. Exact concert slots may still be refined on imapp.ro and the ARCUB page. Visitors should check the access rules before arriving.
