Macmillan Cancer Support marks official Coffee Morning day on Friday 25 September 2026. Hosts — in homes, schools, offices, community halls — invite people for coffee, tea and cakes; guests donate. Funds go to support for people affected by cancer, not to a hospital invented here.

The charity says gatherings may also be held before or after 25 September. The date is the campaign marker, not the only permitted day. Events may be private or public; private addresses are not published without consent.

Online donations and cash on the table follow different procedures, which Macmillan explains. The campaign does not replace medical treatment. The Macmillan Support Line is a separate service.

The main coffee-morning page is a sign-up appeal. The source is “About Macmillan Coffee Morning”, which sets 25 September 2026.

No invented totals and no photographs of patients without consent.

To take part: find a local event or register as a host on the charity’s site.

25 September is a Friday. It is not a single national concert.
