The Strategy for Romania Alliance (ASR) says it has been entered in the Register of Political Parties kept by the Bucharest Tribunal, at position 409. The statement, dated 20 October 2026, ties the entry to civil judgment no. 92/DEC/P of 20 August 2026, given in case no. 17155/3/2026, which the party says is now final.
For ASR, the registration closes the court procedure for founding the party and opens the stage of organisation and growth. The text does not add other papers from the case. The confirmation it points to is the tribunal register, at position 409.
“For me and my fellow founders, this moment means taking responsibility toward the people who place their trust in us,” says Dumitru Bârsan, the ASR president. He says Romania needs continuity in public decisions, respect for work, and conditions in which people can invest. The party, he adds, will be built through dialogue, competence, and proposals whose costs and results can be assessed.
In the statement, ASR describes its line as pragmatic centre-right, with weight on private initiative, production, investment, and the responsible use of public resources. A stated priority is drawing on the experience of Romanians abroad and on their ties with the country.
The next steps it announces are setting up working teams, building territorial structures, and bringing in specialists for public policy. The central aim it names is an economic programme for 2027–2037, with measures, sources of funding, deadlines, and performance indicators.
Bârsan links the argument to his experience as an entrepreneur and as a Romanian settled in the Netherlands. “It taught me how much predictability, clear rules, and institutions that work actually matter,” he says, and he invites people who want to contribute experience, ideas, and work.
The statement is signed by Dumitru Bârsan as president and sends readers to the party website for information and contact. The details on the register position and the judgment are those given by ASR. This article does not reproduce other court papers.
