The UK autumn–winter 2026 campaign offers eligible people vaccines against flu, COVID-19 and RSV. The aim is to cut severe illness and pressure on services, not to eliminate infection.

Eligibility is not identical. Flu: most eligible adults from 1 October; pregnant people and some children earlier. Autumn COVID, after JCVI: mainly those aged 75 and over, residents of older-adult care homes, and immunosuppressed people from six months of age. RSV is offered year-round to pregnant people and adults aged 75 and over, with variations. Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland may differ in detail.

People with inflammatory disease or treatments that suppress immunity need clinical advice. Live vaccines are not suitable for every immunocompromised patient. Combining doses in one visit is possible in some cases, not a universal rule.

NHS invitations and official pages give the criteria and dates. Information can change with virus circulation and stocks.

This is general information. It does not replace a clinician’s advice and is not a personal booking calendar.
