The 22nd Zurich Film Festival runs from 24 September to 4 October 2026. The programme — screenings, premieres, encounters — is updated continuously on the ZFF site. Tickets are sold per event; some sessions are reserved for the industry.
Julianne Moore is due to receive the Golden Icon Award. Variety reported on 1 September that she will attend, with Jesse Eisenberg, for the film The Debut. Announcing the honour does not open the ceremony to the public without a ticket.
The festival has also announced Golden Eye Awards for Naomi Watts and, separately, for John Turturro, who is due to receive his on 26 September. Attendance at a given hour must be confirmed from that day’s schedule, not from unofficial lists.
Other honours announced by ZFF include Martin McDonagh, Richard Linklater and Gabriel Yared. Competition titles are not invented beyond the official overview.
Language, subtitles, cinema and start time should be checked for each title. Accessibility options are the festival’s.
The tickets page is a shop. The main source is Variety’s Golden Icon report, read together with the 22nd-edition overview.
The festival has not begun. 24 September is the first day, not a prize list.
